Teaching

Alisa teaches silks, lyra, trapeze, bungees, wall-running, hammock, straps, conditioning, and flexibility to adults and children.  She currently teaches six classes a week at The Muse Brooklyn, in addition to workshops, parties, and events.  She also spent six months working as the teacher manager at The Muse before resigning to focus on teaching and performing.

Alisa has taught in New York, NY, Toronto, Ontario, Albuquerque, NM, and while on international tours. Notably, she taught some of the first aerial classes ever held in Ouagadougou and Bobo Dioulasso, Burkina Faso. She loves sharing the knowledge gained from a lifetime of training and performing with beginners and trained dancers/aerialists alike, challenging students to surprise themselves with their newfound skills and strength.

Alisa has taught dance including ballet, contemporary, jazz, and modern to students of all ages and levels.
