The point of working out is to feel good.
Attitude is everything. Setting clear goals and encouraging positive self-talk is key.
My job is to hype you up, not put you down.
It’s more helpful to focus on skills strength and ease of motion you can GAIN rather than on weight you can lose.
You can do so much more than you believe you can, and I can help you do it.
About me:
In addition to five years of virtual personal training experience, I have 21 years of aerial experience, a lifetime of dance experience, and a decade of aerial teaching experience. Over the course of my career, I have personally dealt with hyper-mobility and successfully recovered from countless injuries. In addition to my NASM Certification (and specialties in Corrective Exercise, Flexibility, Balance, and Performance Enhancement), my BFA in Dance from NYU, and my enrollment in multiple anatomy courses at a college level, my first-hand experience as a professional aerialist and dancer has taught me an incredible amount. I’ve learned how to prevent injuries, and how to build a balanced musculature that allows me to thrive in a high-impact sport in spite of my hyper-mobility. Sharing what I have learned through a lifetime of training, performing professionally, studying, and coaching can help you to fast-track your aerial or dance career, prevent injury, and optimize your training. I’d love to share what I’ve learned so your journey can be easier!

Virtual Personal Training
I specialize in virtual personal training that you can do from your home (or hotel!) with just a few transportable props. You can also bring me to the gym with you on your phone or tablet.
While I am excited to help people at any fitness level (including those who are just starting to focus on their fitness journey) achieve their goals, I also have specialized coaching techniques to help people working towards aerial/dance/circus goals.
As a part of my sessions, I will document everything we do together so you can replicate our workouts on your own. Depending on the package you choose, I can write out additional workout plans for you to complete between sessions, so you can stay on track with intentional, personalized, and detailed workouts.
For some clients who work from home for example, this can mean micro-workouts that can be completed in 15-minute increments between meetings to reset posture, increase energy, and boost mood. For other clients, this might mean multiple hour-long workouts per week at the gym with increasing load, and/or a cardio plan with set intervals.
We will do periodic check-ins to track progress and set new goals as you achieve more than you might have thought possible.
My goal is to give you workouts that you will enjoy doing so that you keep doing them, adjusting to your lifestyle and schedule while pushing you to push yourself.
