About me:

In addition to five years of virtual personal training experience, I have 21 years of aerial experience, a lifetime of dance experience, and a decade of aerial teaching experience. Over the course of my career, I have personally dealt with hyper-mobility and successfully recovered from countless injuries. In addition to my NASM Certification (and specialties in Corrective Exercise, Flexibility, Balance, and Performance Enhancement), my BFA in Dance from NYU, and my enrollment in multiple anatomy courses at a college level, my first-hand experience as a professional aerialist and dancer has taught me an incredible amount. I’ve learned how to prevent injuries, and how to build a balanced musculature that allows me to thrive in a high-impact sport in spite of my hyper-mobility. Sharing what I have learned through a lifetime of training, performing professionally, studying, and coaching can help you to fast-track your aerial or dance career, prevent injury, and optimize your training. 1. Getting to know you:

2. Our first session together: Goals and Strategies Session

The first session of ALL packages will be a 90-minute Goals and Strategies Session to:

  • Createand document specific and manageable short and long-term goals
  • Discuss and document strategies for achieving your goals
  • Identify your stronger/weaker muscle groups so you can find balance and longevity
  • Gather intro statistics and screenshots so you can track your progress
    (e.g. how long you can hold a plank, what your squat form looks like, etc.)
  • Teach and document several key personalized drills based on our findings
  • Leave you with a personalized spreadsheet you can access anytime that shows your goals, strategies, intro statistics, and personalized drills to keep you on track

3. Choose your plan or package!

Info about all sessions/packages/plans:

  • After the initial Goals and Strategies session, subsequent sessions (*including monthly Goals and Strategies sessions*) will be 60 minutes.
  • ALL sessions come with a written documentation of the exact workout we did that session. These will be called “write-ups”.
  • Additional written independent workout plans come as part of some packages or can be purchased individually. These will be called “plans.”
    • Additional hour-long written plans: $5 each
    • Additional week-long written plans: $25 each
  • ALL packages must be completed in their assigned time-frame (e.g. within 1 month for the 1-month package).
  • The full fee will be charged if sessions are cancelled with less than 24-hours notice. Sessions may be rescheduled within their assigned time frame with more than 24 hours of notice for no fee.
